IngredientsMeltCore Ingredients & The Real Evidence
MeltCore's detailed ingredients section names six ingredients with individual descriptions — a real step up from a vague "proprietary blend." Here's what each one does, and the gap that ties them together.
The six, and their evidence
- African Mango — traditionally used to regulate satiety hormones like leptin.
- Green Tea Extract — well-researched for thermogenesis and calorie burn.
- Guarana — natural stimulant tied to sustained energy and fat burning during activity.
- Raspberry Ketones — marketed for fat-cell signaling; human evidence is limited.
- L-Carnitine — the standout: genuinely transports fatty acids for energy production.
- Grape Seed Extract — antioxidant tied to fighting inflammation linked to weight-loss resistance.
The catch: no doses are published for any of the six. We also found that MeltCore's own FAQ names different ingredients (Capsicum, Chromium, Gymnema, Maca, Ginseng) not found in this detailed section — a mismatch we explain fully in
a dedicated post.
How to use this
- Treat the 6 described ingredients as legitimately-chosen — but unverifiable in strength.
- Take the list to your doctor if you manage diabetes, blood pressure or heart conditions.
- Don't expect it to replace medical weight management.
